Any one need to downsize from 3/4 bed for a 2 bed house

i have a 2 bedroom house in surrey but desperatley need a larger property.In the surrey area.Most areas considered.My home is corner house with front and large back garden.(southward faceing)with a side entrance to lead you into the back.Lovely quiet street,near to shops,schools,transport,and hospital.Just really need a larger home.
